Product description Give your corporate wireless network a boost with the Aironet 1832i Dual-Band Access Point from Cisco. Capable of a total throughput of up to 1 Gb/s, the dual-band Aironet 1832i is equipped with three internal antennas and a 10/100/1000 Mb/s PoE (Power over Ethernet) port, handy for transmitting data and powering the access point over a single cable. Designed with support for the Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) Wave 2 wireless standard, the Aironet 1832i features 3 x 3 multi-user MIMO, which allows for simultaneous data transmissions to multiple phones, tablets, laptops, and other compatible wireless clients. This version of the Aironet 1832i comes bundled with Cisco's Mobility Express software, which offers virtual WLAN controller support. - Cisco Mobility Express Software
- An enterprise-class virtual WLAN controller, Cisco's Mobility Express Solution allows the Aironet 1831i to be deployed on networks without a physical controller, ideal for small to medium-sized deployments that require multiple access points.
- Transmit Beamforming Technology
- Helps to improve downlink performance to mobile devices, including one- and two-spatial-stream devices on 802.11ac, while improving battery life on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
