Product description Boost the wireless capability of your small- or medium-sized corporate network with the Aironet 1852e Dual-Band 802.11ac Wave 2 Access Point from Cisco. Boasting a total aggregate data rate of up to 2 Gb/s, the dual-band Aironet 1852e comes equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) port, which means it can use a single cable for both data and power. An auxiliary Gigabit Ethernet port can be used for link aggregation. The 1852e's multi-user MIMO support lets it transmit data to multiple wireless clients simultaneously. The Aironet 1852e also supports external antennas, which are not included and must be purchased separately. The included Cisco Mobility Express software lets you deploy multiple Cisco access points on a network without a physical controller. - Multi-User MIMO Technology
- The Aironet 1852e access point supports up to four spatial streams when operating in single-user MIMO mode and three spatial streams when operating in multi-user MIMO mode. MU-MIMO allows transmission of data to multiple 802.11ac Wave 2-capable clients simultaneously to improve client experience.
- Transmit Beamforming Technology
- Designed to improves downlink performance to mobile devices, including one-, two-, and three-spatial-stream devices on 802.11ac, while helping improving battery life on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
- Cisco Mobility Express Solution
- Flexible deployment mode through the Cisco Mobility Express Solution is ideal for small to medium-sized deployments that require multiple access points. Easy setup allows the 1850e to be deployed on networks without a physical controller.
- Supported Wireless LAN Controllers
