Product description Work remotely and stay in touch with co-workers and clients with the IP Phone 8841 from Cisco. This IP phone features Cisco Expressway to give users outside of your firewall or VPN secure access to collaboration workloads, including video, voice, content, and IM. Manage multiple calls with support for up to 5 lines along with both single- and multiple-call-per-line appearance. The 8841 also features a 5" 24-bit color display with an 800 x 480 resolution that provides scrollable access to calling features as well as support for text-based XML applications.
The IP Phone 8841 comes equipped with a 2-port Cisco Ethernet switch allowing for a direct connection to a Gigabit Ethernet network. This connection is established through an RJ-45 interface with a single LAN connectivity for both the phone and the co-located PC. The phone and PC can be assigned to separate VLANs for improved security and reliability for voice and data traffic. With a dual-position foot stand and the ability to mount this phone to the wall you can position the phone the way you want. Additionally, the Kensington lock slot compatibility makes it easy to secure the phone against theft. - Support for up to 5 lines and both single- and multiple-call-per-line appearance for added flexibility in call management

- Support for 802.3af/at PoE to reduce installation and infrastructure costs by eliminating or reducing the need for local power supplies
- Gigabit Ethernet-integrated switches on all models to reduce IT administration and cabling costs at the desk while efficiently and effectively processing the traffic from a co-located multimedia PC
- Integrated VPN client to help keep conversations private
- Support for Cisco Expressway enabling "VPN-less" client connectivity to the network for remote workers
- Optional wall-mount kit to deploy in more space-constrained environments

Through the remote efforts of a Tech was able to get back online, however, "settings" are only listed 1 - 5 with no action listed as was 'visibly' available, (i.e. Scan both sides, Black and White, Color, etc.)
