Product description The SPA509G 12-Line IP Phone with 2-Port Switch PoE and LCD Display, which is part of the Cisco Small Business Pro Series, is a dependable and affordable IP phone for business or home office use. Through the remote efforts of a Tech was able to get back online, however, "settings" are only listed 1 - 5 with no action listed as was 'visibly' available, (i.e. Scan both sides, Black and White, Color, etc.)
