Product description Designed for Gigabit Ethernet networking, the yellow Cat 5e Bulk Ethernet LAN Network Cable from Cmple comes in 1000' lengths marked off in one foot increments, so you can customize the length as needed. A simple pull-through design helps you keep this bulk cable free of kinks and knots, especially when you are pulling it from the box. This cable works best for more straight-forward installations where there will not be many bends or twists in the line.
This cable follows the Cat 5e standard, and has been constructed using four unshielded twisted pairs (UTP) of copper-clad aluminum (CCA) wire that can better withstand resistance, electrical interference, and signal loss. These wire pairs can also carry data at bandwidth speeds up to 350 MHz, and the individual wire pairs are wrapped in a sturdy PVC (polyvinyl chloride) jacket that helps withstand stress from pulling and pushing. Cmple's Cat 5e Bulk Ethernet LAN Network Cable also uses a wire gauge of 24 AWG, which has a diameter of 0.0201"; the standard for typical network cable installations.
