Product description Focus the bright, 650-lumen beam of the COAST G55 Pure Beam Focusing Flashlight any way you need to—from a wide circle for nearby area lighting to a hotspot-and-halo downrange. This 5.5" aluminum torch offers three brightness levels and COAST's Pure Beam technology: With a simple twist of the head, Pure Beam allows you to switch from the wide Ultra View Flood Beam, which lights large areas close to you with a smooth and consistent beam from one edge to the other, to a focused spot that is optimized for a long throw. Power and brightness level are controlled by a push-button tailcap switch. O-ring sealed to a water-resistant IPX4 rating, allowing it to be used in the rain or snow, the G55 comes complete and ready to use with four AAA batteries included. | Subject: Battery replacement | | Date: 11.05.2022 07:43:50 | Name: Leif Cox | | I am trying to put new batteries into my flashlight but I am not sure how they are supposed to be placed. 4 AAA in a housing that slides into flashlight. There are no clear indicators on positive or negative in the sleeves. I have tried so many times I have lost track of what I tried. And when you replace housing into flashlight I am not sure which end goes where. Nice flashlight but it isn't worth it if you can't replace the batteries. | | Post reply |
