Product description Powerful, precise, and rechargeable while being compact and lightweight, the COAST HL7R Pure Beam Focusing Rechargeable LED Headlamp is outfitted with an array of features to make it highly versatile and customizable for professionals and outdoor enthusiasts who require precise beam intensity and size to get the job done right.Modeled on the the non-rechargeable model, it has a wide 4- to 240-lumen output range with a variable control lever that allows you to precisely set the brightness anywhere between so you always have the exact amount of light you need. The beam is also focusable so you can light large areas right in front of you or far up the path—while leaving both hands free to perform all tasks and jobs you have. The angle of the light head can be adjusted down as much as 90° for precise beam placement to fully illuminate where you're working.Utilizing rechargeable NiMH batteries instead of disposable alkaline not only keeps waste out of the landfill, but greatly extends the runtimes so you'll have light for longer periods. Charging the batteries is easy using a common mini USB cable that plugs directly into the battery pack housing, so there are no external chargers required. Weighing under 4.5 ounces, the light won't cause neck strain or discomfort while wearing it, and it comes with an adjustable headband. To help distribute the weight more evenly, the batteries are placed in a separate case on the back of the light, which makes the light more comfortable to wear for extended periods without slipping forward when you're leaning over. The housing is IPX4-rated to be water resistant against inclement weather such as snow, rain, or just splashing water.
