Product description Designed for power and convenience, the COAST HP3 Universal Focusing LED Penlight offers a low output for tasks such as reading and a high output to light larger work areas.It produces a smooth beam with consistent brightness from one edge to the other without a hotspot. Unlike many penlights, COAST adapted the focusing system from their larger lights to give you the ability to focus the beam from a wide flood for close-up work to a spotlight for a further throw distance when you need it. The beam focuses by simply twisting the head.The light runs on two included AAA batteries, and control of its low 5-lumen and high 105-lumen outputs is operated via a simple on/off push button located on the tailcap. Its aluminum housing is treated with a scratch-resistant anodized finish and is weather resistant to an IPX4 rating for use in the rain or snow. With its removable pocket clip, 2-ounce weight, and 5.75" length, the HP3 is convenient and easy to carry and use every day.
