Product description Tailor your output and runtimes to the battery you prefer to use with the COAST HX5 Pure Beam Focusing LED Flashlight.Besides the ubiquitous and included AA alkaline battery, the light can run on user-supplied rechargeable nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) or 14500 lithium-ion (Li-ion) types. Optimize brightness by using Li-ion, maximize runtime with alkaline, or split the difference and use NiMH—it's your light and your job that needs to get done, so the choice is yours. No matter what battery you choose, you are able to change the beam from a wide flood that lights large areas close to you into a focused spotlight that is optimized for a long-distance throw. This Pure Beam focusing system has easy one-handed operation to make it convenient to use while you're working.Made of a lightweight aluminum alloy, the exterior is treated with a scratch-resistant anodized finish with a slip-resistant texture on the handle. The HX5 comes with a convenient removable clip that can be installed facing forward or backward to give you an array of carrying options, from sitting comfortably in your pocket or clipped to the brim of a ball cap to leave both hands free to work. Versatile power options, easy to carry, and even easier to use, the light weighs just 2.5 ounces and is 4" long to easily carry it wherever you want. - Output & Runtimes
