Product description Suitable for professional, recreational, and home use, the COAST HX5R Rechargeable Pure Beam Focusing LED Flashlight is a highly versatile torch. Featuring a substantial maximum output of 340 lumens, it offers two brightness levels plus a strobe, can use its rechargeable battery or a CR123, and adjusts easily between spot and flood beams.
The light's Pure Beam Focusing system works by sliding the head forward and back, changing the beam from a wide flood that lights large areas close to you into a focused spotlight that is optimized for a long throw. Runtime ranges from 1.5 hours on high to 4.3 hours on low.
The on/off and settings switch is on the side of the light, not the tailcap, because the tailcap can be removed to reveal a clever feature—a male USB-Type A plug, so you can just plug the whole light into an adapter, computer, cable box, or anyplace else with a USB jack. Should a charge be unavailable, you can remove the lithium-ion battery pack and drop in a non-rechargeable CR123 battery.
A two-way clip provides ample carry and positioning options (clip the light in your pocket or onto the brim of a cap, for example). Rated IPX4 water resistant, the light can be used in wet weather. It measures 4" long and weighs 3.4 ounces. - Light Performance
