Product description Ideal for your professional or tactical everyday carry kit, the COAST TX1R Pure Beam Focusing Rechargeable LED Flashlight puts power and versatility in your pocket or pouch to get the job done—even in the dark.The light outputs 45 lumens on low for reading or doing paperwork with a high output of 460 lumens to light large areas or clear a room. A third output produces a disorienting strobe, which will come in handy to ward off potential threats. Twist the head to use the Pure Beam Focusing system to change the beam from a wide flood that lights large areas close to you into a focused spotlight that is optimized for a long throw.The TX1R is capable of running on two different battery chemistries, and COAST provides both to get you started. First, you have two lithium-ion (li-ion) rechargeable battery packs, and if you run out of power and still need a light, you can use four readily available AAA batteries—outputs will be a bit lower but runtimes are extended, so you can have the option to maximize output power or runtimes depending on the job. The light's aluminum housing is treated with a scratch-resistant anodized finish and sealed to an IPX4 rating to be water resistant against driving rain and snow. It comes complete and ready to use with the li-ion and alkaline batteries, a USB charging cable, and a removable pocket clip. - Light Performance
