Product description Connect up to 11 network devices in harsh environmental conditions using the Industrial Hardened 11-Port Managed Ethernet Switch with 30W PoE from COMNET. Designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -40° to 167°F, this environmentally hardened switch comes with eight 10/100 Mb/s RJ-45 Ethernet ports, plus three Gigabit Ethernet SFP ports. The eight Ethernet ports are capable of delivering up to 30W of PoE+ power, while two of the three SFP ports support optional 2.5 Gb/s SFP modules. The Industrial Hardened 11-Port Managed Ethernet Switch supports MSTP, RSTP, STP, and ERPS G.8032 Ethernet recovery protocols that can redirect data transmissions following network interruptions or malfunctions. The switch also features IPV6 support, 802.1x user authentication, DHCP snooping for improved DHCP security, and IP-based bandwidth management for selectively limiting the bandwidth of connected devices. - The COMNET-exclusive Port Guardian feature provides additional cyber security protection by enabling physical port lockout in the event that an existing cable is disconnected and prevents a potential network incursion using common spoofing techniques. The intrusion event is reported back to the operator using SNMP.
- Multiple Ethernet redundancy protocols help to protect your applications from network interruptions or temporary malfunctions by redirecting transmission within the network.
- Provides advanced IP-based management that can limit the maximum bandwidth for each connected IP device, allowing the user to adjust usage.
- MSTP, RSTP, STP (IEEE802.1s/w/D), and ERPS G.8032 for redundancy and recovery.
