Product description The Comprehensive 14' CAT6 Crossover Cable (Red Finish) helps you connect your computers over the network and get 550 MHz of bandwidth. By reversing transmit and receive pairs on one end of the cable, you can connect computers directly to each other without a hub. This cable is also ideal for adding a hub without a crossover port. - 50-micron gold-plated RJ-45 male to male connector
- 24 AWG stranded copper conductor
- Molded, snag-free boot prevents unwanted cable snags while providing easy insertion and extraction from network ports
- Crossed-pin configuration allows you to connect 2 computers (peer-to-peer) without the need for a hub or switch
- Suitable for connecting network switches and hubs without an uplink port to their switches and hubs
