Product description The 1000' Gray Cat 6 500 MHz Shielded Solid Cable from Comprehensive is a local area network cable that has 4 shielded twisted pairs and is made of solid bare copper 24 AWG construction. It has a nominal outside diameter of 0.25" (6.35mm). The cable features a UL/NEC rating of CMR/MPR. It meets all the requirements as set forth in the Telecommunication Industry Association's standard 568 and 570 recommendations. - The Cat 6 cable is a high-performance data communications cable for noisy environments
- It is suitable for 550 MHz high-speed data applications, Gigabit Ethernet, fast Ethernet and 155Mbps TP-PMD/CDDI
- The cable has four Cat 6 shielded twisted (FTP) color-striped pairs for easy identification
- It has 24 AWG solid bare copper conductors for superior conductivity
- The Cat 6 cable features excellent attenuation and crosstalk characteristics
- It also has sequential foot markers
- The cable exceeds EIA/TIA 568 B.2-1, UL, CSA and ISO/IEC 11801 specifications
- It is UL/cUL or ETL listed
- The Cat 6 cable meets all the requirements as set forth in the Telecommunication Industry Association's standard 568 and 570 recommendations
