Product description Designed for 550 MHz high-speed data applications, such as 100BASE -TX, 100BASE-VG, and 155 ATM, as well as high-speed applications, such as 622 ATM, Wideband, Ethernet 1000BASE-T, and emerging applications with anticipated data rates to 3.2 Gbps, the black Cat6 550 MHz Shielded Solid LAN Cable from Comprehensive comes in 1,000' lengths marked off in one foot increments; so you can make cables of any length as needed. It is packaged in a simple pull-through designed box to keep this bulk cable free of kinks and knots. It follows the Cat6 standard and has been constructed using four shield twisted pairs wrapped in a sturdy PVC (polyvinyl chloride) jacket that perform well in noisy environments, feature strong attenuation and crosstalk characteristics, as well as 24 AWG solid bare copper conductors.
