Product description The PP24P5E 24-Port CAT-5E Patch Panel from Comprehensive can be used as a connection point or aggregation point for Ethernet cabling when wiring closets in homes or businesses. This patch panel provides the user with the option to quickly reconfigure where cabling is routed. The unit is certified for use with CAT-5E cable. A punch-down tool is required to terminate the cables coming from the wall to the back of this device. - This unit is certified for category 5E cable
- It features color-coded TIA/EIA 568a (International) and 568b (AT&T Standard) wiring to facilitate installation
- This unit is designed for high-speed transmission for optimal performance
- It features gold-plated contacts
- Also included are industry-standard 110 or Krone IDC connectors
- It is designed for placement in a standard 19" equipment rack
- It includes a sturdy aluminum plate around the RJ45 jacks
