Product description The CM Storm QuickFire Rapid Keyboard from Cooler Master is a USB/PS/2 gaming grade keyboard designed to give you an extra edge during gameplay. This keyboard uses Cherry MX Blue switches that has a light actuation of 50g, a tactile bump, and an audible clicked when pressed.. Get N-key rollover when using the PS/2 connector, which means each key is scanned independently by the keyboard hardware, ensuring that each keypress is correctly detected even if other keys are being pressed or held down simultaneously.
Additional features include multimedia shortcuts, anti-ghosting, and a gaming mode that disables the Windows key to prevent accidental keypresses. The keyboard is built to last, featuring laser-marked keycaps. In case anything happens to them over time, six additional keycaps are included along with a handy key puller. The surface of the keyboard is rubber coated, offering additional durability. The braided USB cable can be detached for easy transport, while grooves on the underside of the keyboard allow you to route the cable through to keep it out of the way. - Cherry MX Blue Switches
- Mechanical keyboards utilize a different type of key switch technology for a more durable and unique typing experience. The Cherry MX Blue switch has an actuation force of 50g and offers both an audible "click" and a tactile bump when pressed, letting you know that the key has registered. The "click" comes from a mechanism within the switch that triggers when the key reaches its actuation point.
