Product description A suitable choice for those just getting into the instrument, the 15CM-E from Cordoba is a concert-range acoustic/electric ukulele in a edgeburst satin finish. Its top, back, neck, sides, and neck are constructed out of mahogany. This lends a full, rich timbre to the instrument.The neck, measuring 14.75” in scale, offers a composite fingerboard with 18 frets. Dotted inlays at the 5th, 7th, 10th, and 12th frets provide a visual indication of where you are on the fingerboard. The nut and saddle are fashioned out of a composite material, while the bridge is constructed out of composite as well.For electronics, the 22T-CE includes a Cordoba 2-band preamp system and a piezo undersaddle pickup. Aesthetic touches adorn the instrument, such as an abalone rosette around the soundhole and cream-colored ABS binding. The open-geared tuning machines are nickel with pearl buttons. - Neck Features
