Product description Utilizing an exotic wood combination, the 25T-CE from Cordoba is an acoustic/electric, tenor-range Ukulele with a single-cutaway design. The acacia body, closely related to koa, lends a bright and round timbre to the instrument. The neck, measuring 17” in scale, offers a composite fingerboard with 18 frets. Dotted inlays at the fifth, seventh, tenth, and twelfth frets provide a visual indication of where you are on the fingerboard. The nut and saddle are fashioned out of bone, while the bridge is constructed out of composite.For electronics, the 25T-CE includes a Cordoba 2 Band EQ preamp system and a piezo undersaddle pickup. The instrument features aesthetic touches such as maple and ebony rope-style top binding, a herringbone rosette, and maple purfling. Its nut and saddle have been constructed out of bone to facilitate sustain and resonance at the open strings. - Neck Features
