Product description Styled in a high-gloss finish, the Iberia Series C7 from Cordoba is a nylon-string classical guitar which combines the bell-like, clarion, and balanced tones of a European spruce top with Indian rosewood in the back and sides. This construction imparts a warm, rich timbre and tight low-end response to the instrument. As such, this iteration of the C7 will tend to have a more focused, projected sound over your other choice of C7, which sports a Canadian cedar top. The instrument’s mahogany neck, measuring 25.5” in scale, is outfitted with a rosewood fingerboard and provided with 19 frets in total. Side-position inlays can be found at the fifth, seventh, ninth, and 12th frets for easier visual orientation. A 4mm truss rod is accessible, ensuring you can keep the neck straight. A bone nut has been employed to bolster sustain and resonance on open strings. Aesthetic touches abound, such as maple and black top purfling, maple back and side purfling, and Indian rosewood binding. A rosewood bridge affixes strings to the body, while at the headstock, Cordoba Gold and Black Tuning Machines have been employed. These tuning machines sport a gear ratio of 14:1 for precise tuning, giving you a string-roller spacing of 35mm. A gig bag is provided for making transport to gigs an easier task. - Neck Features
