Product description Designed for those just getting into the instrument, the Protégé Series U1 from Cordoba is a concert-range Ukulele in a matte finish. Its back, neck, sides, and neck are constructed out of mahogany. The neck, measuring 15.25" in scale, offers a rosewood fingerboard with 18 frets, with dotted inlays at the fifth, seventh, 10th, and 12th frets. The nut and saddle are fashioned out of a composite material, while the bridge is constructed out of rosewood. Around the soundhole, you’ll notice an abalone-style decal. The open-geared tuning machines are silver, with cream buttons. - Neck Features
