Product description A Buying Guide for Solar and Solar Eclipse Viewing Read More ayzrrbsuzqtdzcdadbssdd The CEMAX Eyepiece Set from Coronado is comprised of the CEMAX 12, 18, and 25mm eyepieces, and the CEMAX 2x Barlow lens; all with 1.25" diameter barrels to fit the most common size focuser and filters. The relatively long focal lengths produce moderate magnifications while still providing a nice variety of observational options, and the Barlow lens doubles the power of each eyepieces, for even more versatility. To keep the eyepieces and Barlow lens safe and procted, Meade includes a hard carrying case with a custom-cut foam lining.These eyepieces are not filters, and when used as part of a solar viewing system, they must be used in conjunction with a blocking filter and a SolarMax filter. - CEMAX 2x Barlow Lens (1.25") The Coronado CEMAX 2x Barlow Lens doubles the magnification of any 1.25" eyepiece to increase the usability of the eyepiece without affecting exit pupil, eye relief image or overall image brightness. While it may be used for conventional nighttime astronomical observation, it has been designed primarily for use at H-alpha (Ha) wavelengths with fully multi-coated optics tuned to ensure maximum contrast when used with Ha solar filters.This Barlow lens is not a filter, and when used as part of a solar viewing system, it must be used in conjunction with a blocking filter and a SolarMax filter.
