Product description The I2 Flute Microphone Kit from Countryman features a miniature condenser microphone designed for placement on a flute when used in live sound applications. Its 3.5mm locking connector is wired for use with Sennheiser Evolution Series (G2 and G3) ew 100, ew 300, ew 500, SK AVK, SK D1, SK 1093, and SK 20 wireless transmitters. The omnidirectional polar pattern picks up the direct sound and resonance around the mic, while the 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response provides accurate and detailed sound, from low breaths to high trills. The high maximum SPL of 150 dB handles loud performances, even when close-miking the instrument. The mic’s circuitry outputs a high-gain signal with low noise, and is calibrated to meet the demands of wireless audio transmission. The I2's minuscule body will not get in the talent’s way or be an eyesore on camera. The included flute mount reduces vibration noise for clear audio, and provides a quick and stable setup.
