Product description The offset CPM Rod Mount Starter Rig features a shoulder pad and handgrips for use on opposite ends of included 15mm rods and an offset bracket. This rig is similar to the CPM Sidewinder Rig but without the baseplate. The idea behind this rig is that it serves as the base configuration for turning it into a more elaborate rig with one or more of CMP's support gear, such as Cubed Cage Plates, Flip Cage Struts, and much more, sold separately. You can likewise just install any optional 15mm LWS baseplate in the middle and you'll have a complete, standard offset shoulder rig.
The included shoulder pad has a rubber surface on the bottom and a cheeseplate design with 1/4"-20 threaded mounting holes on top for attaching accessories. Note: As it comes, this rig does not provide a platform for camera mounting.
