Product description The black DP30 3.5" SATA Removable Drive Enclosure from CRU-DataPort is a complete assembly with a removable drive carrier and frame, which accepts 3.5" SATA hard drive of any capacity in its carrier. The compact design allows the DP30 enclosure to fit into 5.25" drive bays. The host (I/O) port of the enclosure operates at the speed of up to 3 Gb/s. This enclosure also supports easy swapping of drives for additional storage. The external drive carrier is hot-swappable, so there is no need to power down to switch drives.The DP30 enclosure is equipped with connectors that are tested and verified for up to 25,000 insertions. It also utilizes a dual ball bearing drive-cooling fan for optimal performance. The metal and plastic construction of the enclosure with durable drive carrier handle and stabilizer bars helps to ensure that the drive is protected. Its powered keylock secures your data by preventing unauthorized access to the drive or accidental removal during operation. This enclosure provides reliable performance, while protecting digital data. - Fit into 5.25" drive bays
