The MoveDock boasts our unique 25,000 insertion rating, which means it can withstand over 25,000 insertion and ejection cycles-once every hour for over five years-without failure or signal degradation.Designed specifically for the installation of one DX115 Carrier, the DX115 MoveDock is an important component in the distribution of digital cinema files.Note that the new USB 3.0 (Type B) connector is physically larger than the USB 2.0 (Type B) connector. The original USB 2.0 cable (connects Type B to Type A) can be used with older USB 2.0 or newer USB 3.0 MoveDock Adapters at USB2.0 speeds. The new USB3.0 cable (Type B to Type A) can ONLY be used with newer USB3.0 MoveDock and will achieve USB3.0 speeds when the USB 3.0 MoveDock, the USB 3.0 cable, and a USB 3.0 host connection are all used.
