Product description RAID Arrays for Photography and Pro Video Read More The RTX800-TR 16TB 8-Bay Thunderbolt RAID Array from CRU-DataPort features two Thunderbolt connections and houses eight 3.5" 2TB hard drives, providing 16TB of storage capacity for video editing or backing up large amounts of data. CRU has formatted the drives in the HFS+ file system, so Mac users can start using the array right away. This array is equipped with TrayFree bays that make replacing drives effortless with no trays or screws to mount. You just need to open the tray door, swap out the drive, and close the door. The dual Thunderbolt interfaces transmit data at rates of up to 10 Gb/s and allow you to daisy chain other Thunderbolt devices to your system. Additionally, the RTX800-TR lets you configure the hard drives in a RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, or 10 modes. - 10 Gb/s Thunderbolt technology speed for SAS/SATA performance
