Product description This Kit includes two 8GB 204-Pin SODIMM DDR3 PC3-14900 Memory Modules from Crucial. Each memory module is designed to run at 1866 MT/s frequency (PC3-14900) with a CAS latency of 13. It is a dual memory module that requires 1.35V power. The 204-pin Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module (SODIMM) is the form factor for DDR3 memory modules used in notebook computers and other small-form-factor computing platforms. To use DDR3 memory, your system must have both a 204-pin SODIMM slot and a chipset that supports DDR3 memory. Note: Note: 204-pin SODIMM is currently available in PC3-8500 (DDR3 1066 MHz) and PC3-10600 (DDR3 1333MHz) speeds
A DDR3 SODIMM will not fit into DDR2 or DDR memory sockets - 2 x Crucial 8GB DDR3 1866 MHz SODIMM Memory Module Upgrade the memory in your compatible system using the 8GB DDR3 1866 MHz SODIMM Memory Module from Crucial. This single RAM module features an 8GB capacity, a clock speed of 1866 MHz, a bus speed of PC3-14900, and a 204-pin SODIMM form factor. It also operates using 1.35V, has a 1024 Meg x 64 configuration, a CAS latency of CL=13, does not use ECC technology, and is unbuffered. This RAM is protected by a limited lifetime warranty.
