Product description The Cubix Win2U Rackmount Elite consists of the HostEngine 2U Computer which is connected to the Xpander Rackmount Elite 4U PCIe Enclosure. The Xpander Rackmount Elite is designed for the broadcast industry digital cinema production environments, and visualization projects which require plenty of additional power and PCIe slots, while maintaining a small physical footprint and quiet operation. Using only one PCIe x16 slot in the host PC or Mac Pro, Xpander Rackmount Elite provides you with six additional full-length, full-height PCIe slots for use with multiple NVIDIA graphics cards, SDI capture cards from Blackmagic Design, AJA, Bluefish444, NVIDIA, and others. You can add multiple RED Rocket cards, high-performance NVIDIA Quadro graphics by PNY, as well as fiber optic HBAs, RAID controllers, PCIe-based memory cache cards. It comes equipped with one AMD FirePro W2100 and two NVIDIA GTX 980 graphics cards. The HostEngine 2U comes with 16GB of RAM and one 500GB SATA3 SSD, but supports up to 1TB of RAM and a 2TB SATA3 SSD. It has four PCIe x16 (gen 3) expansion slots for low-profile cards such as the Cubix HIC that connects to Xpander. The system is loaded with Windows 8.1 Pro and Cubix GPU Manager to monitor the health and performance of both the GPUs and Xpander. Note: Customers / end users must add their own Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve 11 license key - XPRM-G3-ELRHE 4U 19" Gen3 Xpander Rackmount Elite (1500W, External) The 1500W, external XPRM-G3-ELRHE 4U 19" Gen3 Xpander Rackmount Elite from Cubix is a 4RU, PCIe expansion chassis. It can support one server/workstation connection with up to four 16-channel PCIe Gen3 high-performance dual slot cards plus two single slot 8-channel I/O cards per system. It provides a high-bandwidth external slot array for applications ranging from NVIDIA Quadro SVS to onset production applications, in media and entertainment. The Gen3 Xpander supports up to sixteen hard drives or DCI 2K projectors, or up to four 4K (or UltraHD) monitors and projectors via NVIDIA SVS and G-Sync III. This system includes a 4-channel slot (power only) for use with the NVIDIA G-Sync III card in high-end visualization applications.

- An independent 1500W power supply and cooling fan to meet expansion requirements
- Simple, quick installation with minimal impact per rackmount computer. Install a HIC (Host Interface Card) and drivers for installation of devices in GPU-Xpander
- Each x16 cable and connector provides a 250 mating duty cycle (purchase additional x16 HICs for sharing with multiple host computers)
- Hardware-acceleration using NVIDIA graphics and GPU cards for application acceleration
