Product description The CONCEPT ONE OT38 3-Way Pan/Tilt Head from Cullman features a +/- 90° tilt range, 360° panning, and a flip-lock controlled clamp with a 90mm quick release plate. The head stands 4.5" high, weighs 1.2 lb, and can hold up to 15.4 lb. Made from die-cast aluminum, the OT38 has detachable handles for easy storage, and degree scales for repeatable pan and tilts.
