Product description The Yuri Arcurs SteadyPod AS Basic from Custom Brackets is the simplified "head only" version of the Yuri Arcurs monopod rig. With each of the four combined components working in unison, the SteadyPod AS Basic allows the photographer to set their camera in nearly any desired position while remaining firmly connected to their favorite monopod.
The system consists of four separate Custom Brackets parts, including the Digital Pro-SV, the QRA-C Kit, the Tilt Head AS and the PG4 Palm Grip. The Digital Pro-SV facilitates smooth transitions from horizontal to vertical position through a patented "half-moon" design that utilizes ball-bearings for fluid movement. The QRA-C kit enables rapid quick release functionality with the most popular professional quick release system - Arca-Swiss. The Tilt Head AS supports each other system component and allows for 180° back-to-front movements. Finally, the PG4 grip adds a padded, second point of contact for the user to control the rig's movement and stability.
The entire head is constructed of black anodized aluminum and weighs only 2 lb. The head also features a 3/8"-16 bottom mounting thread for wide compatibility with most monopods.
