Product description Engineered for demanding applications in environments such as data centers and network closets, the CPS-1215RMS 12-Outlet Rackbar Surge Protector helps safeguard systems and networking equipment by absorbing spikes in energy cause by storms and electrical power surges. Although it has a 1 RU form factor meant for racks in network environments, the CPS-1215RMS functions well in home offices. It is equipped with 12 NEMA 5-15R surge-protected outlets (6 front and 6 rear) and provides 1800 joules of surge suppression. It also features a 120 VAC / 15A electrical capacity at 60 Hz, an integrated 15' power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug, EMI/RFI noise filtration between 150 kHz and 150 MHz, clamping voltage of 400V (N-H, N-G) or 500V (L-G), and a durable metal housing. Depending on your needs, this item can be mounted horizontally or vertically. Additionally, three LEDs alert users as to the status of the unit's power, ground, and surge protection status.
