Product description Run or charge a DVD player, laptop computer, digital camera, small power tool, or any mobile device that uses up to 400 watts of power in your vehicle or boat with the CPS400AI Mobile Power Inverter by CyberPower. Plugged into your car's DC outlet/cigarette lighter socket or connected directly to the battery with the included clamp cable, the inverter converts your car battery's 10.5-15.5 VDC output to 120 VAC, producing a steady 400W of power and peak surge power of 800W. Along with two three-pronged AC outlets, the inverter features one 5 VDC, 1A USB port. A ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protects the safety of the user in the event of contact with the current, while surge protection guards your device's circuitry. The unit will shut down automatically if the voltage of your car battery falls below 10.5 VDC. - Converts car battery power to 120 VAC to run and charge household electronics in your vehicle
- Plug into any 12 VDC cigarette lighter socket for loads under 150W, or clamp to battery terminals for loads above 150W
- Features two three-prong 120 VAC outlets and one 5 VDC, 1A USB port
- Safety features include overheat, overload, short-circuit, and high-/low-voltage shut-off
