Product description This Essential Series 6-Outlet Home and Office Surge Protector from CyberPower safeguards small home appliances and other connected devices, including PCs, routers, modems and personal electronics, against electrical surges. It's configured with 2 banks of 3 outlets that swivel to fit tight spaces, and features a 3-prong wall plug. The protector has a 900-Joule energy rating. Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) technology protects the unit and the connected electronics against line abnormalities and surges, allowing normal current to pass through the unit while diverting any spikes through the ground circuit. EMI/RFI filters block unwanted line noise in the form of electromagnetic and radio frequency interference. Should an overload exceed the unit's ability to suppress the signal, the 15A circuit breaker will automatically switch off to prevent damage to all connected electronics. The protector itself is covered by a limited lifetime warranty, and also includes a $75,000 connected equipment lifetime guarantee.
