Product description This 6-string set of EJ11 Light 80/20 Bronze Acoustic Guitar Strings from D'Addario is manufactured with the original acoustic string alloy selected by John D'Addario Sr. and John D'Angelico in the 1930s. These strings are popular for recording due to their crisp, deep, and projecting tone. Because of their historical significance, they appeal to many traditionalists and vintage enthusiasts. The set features plain steel for the first two treble strings (E and B), while the wound bass strings (G, D, A, and E) are made from a combination of 80/20 bronze (commonly referred as brass) wrapped around a hexagonal high-carbon steel core.
