Product description This 3-pack of EXL140 Light Top/Heavy Bottom XL Nickel Wound Electric Guitar Strings from D'Addario combines the high strings from an EXL110 (.010) with heavier low strings (.052). This combination delivers powerful low end for heavy chording and flexible plain steel strings for bending. It is optimized for down or drop tuning. The strings are manufactured from nickel-plated steel tightly wound over a hexagonal-shaped, high-carbon steel core. They deliver a long-lasting, distinctive bright tone and accurate intonation. - Hybrid gauge combines EXL110 for flexibility with heavier 4th, 5th, and 6th strings for a more solid low end – three sets
