Product description The Dalite Cinemascope 58 x 136.5" to Video 58 x 104" Dual Format Imager Masking System is a sophisticated and intriguing way to get multi-format projection on one screen. When used in conjunction with one of Dalite's Cinema Contour, DA-Snap, Perm-Wall or Imager fixed frame projection screens; you'll be able to mask Cinemascope to HDTV format or HDTV to NTSC Video format. In fact, it can be used over any other permanently wall mounted screen. The motor is an oiled-for-life, quick reversal type with built-in thermal overload cut-off to prevent burn-outs. It also features an advanced braking system that stops when asked and prevents "drifting". The frame is finished with Dalite's Pro-Trim - a light absorbing material that not only produces a stylish but functional edge to the screen. Pro-Trim will absorb any ambient light that happens to contaminate the surrounding area of the screen. The mechanism will lower and employ Dalite's "Stay-Flat" masking system that will assure an undistorted image. The masking fabric is joined to the slat bar and provides a perfect mask that is equally balanced on each side of the screen. The Dual Format Imager gives you the flexibility to go as large as 220" (diagonal) - that translates into an 18' screen - more than enough for the home media room, business boardroom or lecture hall. The system is operated by either a wall switch or optional remote control. The masking fabric will lower from the top with the slat bar concealed in the bottom frame. - Electrically operated and sophisticated horizontal masking system
- Frame standard with Pro-Trim finish. Pro-Trim is a fabric frame covering that aesthetically enhances the appearance of the installation while absorbing light that surrounds the viewing area
- System can be installed over Dalite's Cinema Contour, Imager, DA-Snap or Perm-Wall fixed frame screen, rear projection screens or over any other permanently wall mounted screen
