Product description Set up a full-fledged access control system with the DHI-ASC1204B RJ45 Four-Door Access Controller from Dahua Technology. This controller enables you to combine up to four card/fingerprint readers, four electronic locks, four door sensors, four exit buttons, and various alarm functions into an integrated computer-managed system (readers, locks, sensors, exit buttons, and alarm devices available separately). It communicates with your readers via its Wiegand and RS-485 interfaces, and with your computer system via TCP/IP RJ45 . With a storage capacity of 16MB, the controller can recognize up to 100,000 card holders, and can store up to 150,000 event records.
The controller can be configured to grant access to your premises based on card, password, or fingerprint, or a combination of these three credentials. Its alarm interface allows for integration with door time-out, intrusion, duress, and tamper alarms. Other functions include anti-passback for a stricter level of access control, multi-door interlock for preventing unwanted passage from one area to another, and multi-card open for special situations in which a door should only unlock after consecutive verification of several individuals. The controller supports 128 groups of schedules for allowing access to sets of employees only at specific times of the day, and 128 groups of holiday schedules.
