Product description The Pro Series 2MP HD-CVI Outdoor PTZ Dome Camera from Dahua Technology features a 1/2.8" STARVIS CMOS sensor with a 12x optical zoom lens, and provides an all-in-one solution for capturing long-distance video surveillance, day or night. The camera is capable of capturing videos at a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 at 30 fps. The built-in four IR LEDs offer night visibility up to 492'. For applications with both bright and low light conditions that change quickly, true WDR (120 dB) optimizes both the bright and dark areas of a scene at the same time to provide usable video. In addition, the camera also comes with PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) control. The camera is IP66-rated for ingress protection, making it suitable for indoor as well as outdoor applications. It features a built-in heater and offers an operating temperature range of -40 to 158°F (-40 to 70°C). - Starlight Technology
- For challenging low-light applications, Dahua's Starlight Ultra-low Light Technology can capture color details in low light down to 0.005 lux. The camera uses a set of optical features to balance light throughout a scene, resulting in clear images in dark environments.
- Multi-Format Output Support
- The camera supports multiple video formats including, HD-CVI, CVBS, AHD, and TVI. The camera can switch between these four formats via the OSD menu or via a UTC controller (PFM820, available separately).
- HDCVI Technology
- The HDCVI technology integrates traditional analog surveillance systems with HD videos. The plug-and-play approach enables full HD video surveillance without the hassles of configuring a network.
- Dual Video Output Signals
- The camera offers one BNC video output connection to transmit either an HD-CVI or a CVBS signal. These output signals allow the camera to integrate with various devices, including analog matrix systems and monitors.
- True Wide Dynamic Range
- The camera achieves vivid images, even in intense contrast lighting conditions, using WDR technology. For applications with both bright and low lighting conditions that change quickly, True WDR (120 dB) optimizes both the bright and dark areas of a scene at the same time to provide usable video.
- Defog
- The Defog feature adjusts the camera's contrast settings to provide improved image quality in scenes affected by fog, smog, mist, smoke, or other low-contrast interference.
- Environmental
- With a built-in heater and a temperature range of -40 to 158°F (-40 to 70°C), the camera is designed for extreme temperature environments. The camera's IP66-rated water-resistant and IK10-rated vandal-resistant housing ensures reliable video surveillance for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications.
- Protection
- The 6kV lightning rating provides protection against the camera and its structure from the effects of lightning.
