Product description The Pro Series 2MP Outdoor HD-CVI PTZ Dome Camera from Dahua Technology delivers 1080p video over a coaxial cable. The design makes it suitable for residential and small or mid-size business use. Thanks to Starlight technology, the camera is able to deliver clear images in challenging low-light environments as low as 0.005 lux. It uses embedded WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology for capturing images in contrasting lighting conditions. The camera uses HD-CVI technology that bridges the gap between low-resolution analog and high-definition IP formats for users who require higher quality video without upgrading to IP systems. It allows three signals (audio, video, and data) to be transmitted simultaneously over one coaxial cable. The camera transmits 1080p/720p video and communicates with HCVR control signals. The IP66-rated weather-resistant housing makes this camera suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. - HDCVI Technology
- HD-CVI technology provides real-time 1920 x 1080 video transmission over distances as far as 3900'. It uses an existing coaxial cable and supports signal transmission via RG-59, RG-6, or Cat 6 UTP cabling.
- Starlight Technology
- For challenging low-light applications, the camera features Starlight technology to capture color video to 0.005 lux.
- IR Illumination
- The camera's integrated IR LEDs provide night visibility to a range of 492' in extreme low-light environments.
- Wide Dynamic Range
- For applications with both bright and low light conditions that change quickly, true WDR (120 dB) optimizes both the bright and dark areas of a scene at the same time to provide usable video.
- Environmental
- With a temperature range of -40 to 140°F, the camera is designed for extreme temperature environments. Subjected to dust and water immersion tests, the IP66 rating means the camera is suitable for outdoor applications. An integrated wiper provides clear visibility when installed in areas with rain, sleet, snow, and fog.
- Protection
- The camera supports ±25% input voltage tolerance for unstable conditions in outdoor applications. Its 8kV lightning rating protects the camera and its structure from the effects of lightning.
