Product description The Starlight 8MP Network Box Camera from Dahua Technology is an 8MP network camera that can record and transmit video at a resolution up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 fps. This camera has 2048MB RAM and 4096MB flash internal memory. It has a built-in microphone for audio and features triple-streaming video compression of Smart H.265+, H.265, Smart H.264+, and H.264. It supports PoE and is ONVIF compliant. - Micro Four Thirds System
- Deliver color images in ultra-low-light conditions in the 8MP camera class.
- Starlight+ Technology
- Starlight+ technology uses a large pixel sensor, smart imaging algorithms, and optical features to balance light for clear images in dark environments as low as 0.0005 lux.
- M43 Lens Interface
- This camera is compatible with fixed and motorized varifocal M43 lenses.
- Ultra Wide Dynamic Range
- This camera has a dynamic range up to 140 dB.
- Intelligent Video System (IVS) Standard Features
- IVS triggers an alarm and takes a defined action when it detects tampering with the camera, error writing to an onboard microSD card, error sending or receiving data over the network, and unauthorized access to the cameras.
- IVS Premium Features
- In addition to the standard event triggers mentioned above, the camera offers premium event triggers. IVS triggers an alarm and takes a defined action when an object moves through any part of the scene, when a target crosses a user-defined line, when a target enters or exits a defined perimeter, when a person or object moves or obscures the camera, and when a target leaves an object in a designated area or removes an object from a designated area.
- IVS Advanced Features
- IVS advanced features include facial detection which detects and captures a snapshot of a human face in a defined area within a scene, people counting which measures the number of customers, visitors or passengers in a surveillance scene, and heat map which generates a visual representation of data.
- Smart Scene Adaptive (SSA) Technology
- The camera automatically evaluates and compensates for changes in the luminescence of a scene. SSA automatically regulates the exposure parameters to improve image quality in a backlit scene, especially in scenes with traffic lights or headlights.
- Smart H.265+
- The Smart H.265+ technology uses a scene adaptive encoding strategy, dynamic GOP, dynamic ROI, flexible multi-frame reference structure and intelligent noise reduction.
