Product description The DSV-77 Video Tripod System from Daiwa/Slik is designed for ENG/EFP production with more compact and lightweight HD video camera systems weighting up to 15 lb. It comes complete with the DSV-77 fluid head and a two-stage tripod. The head uses a standard 75mm ball base for fast leveling. With an eight-step balance system, the DSV-77 fluid head counterweighs a camera for perfect balance and smooth movements. Once mounted and balanced, the camera load is counterbalanced throughout the tilt range of +85 to -75°. The compact, all-metal head is sealed and oil-filled to yield smooth movements giving the camera operator ultimate control. It also features adjustable and repeatable four-step (1 to 3 + zero) pan and tilt drag settings with independent locks. The DSV-77 two-stage tripod uses secure rotating lever locks to keep the camera and equipment secure. The built-in mid-level spreader is expandable and can keep all legs at the same angle for faster setup. There is a lock underneath the connector of the spreader of one leg that will lock all the legs together when closed completely for easier transportation. The claw foot of each leg is shaped to use the Daiwa foot pad or FL-9 floor spreader (available separately), as well as fit into third-party accessories. Table of Contents
