Product description The DW-11F2 Tripod System from Daiwa / Slik is comprised of the Daiwa-11 Fluid Head and the 309 Aluminum Tripod. It provides superior structural integrity and unsurpassed reliability, for ENG/EFP dockable cameras with long lenses and batteries.The Daiwa-11 fluid head features an infinitely adjustable counterbalance system, procuring perfect balance for cameras ranging between 13 to 29 lb. Its variable viscosity drag pan/tilt system provides infinite and repeatable adjustments and can be adjusted down to "zero" setting. The 309 aluminum tripod utilizes a dual-stage leg design to provide the capability of getting down low to the ground. The 309 comes with an on-ground spreader and composite molded fittings that prevent radial motion or instability. Daiwa-11 Fluid Head - Construction
- Utilizes die cast alloys, composites, titanium, and bronze materials to bring about a lightweight design and construction for outstanding quality, reliability, and performance.
- Perfect Balance
- Features a rotating knob that allows for adjusting the counterbalance to compensate the weight of the camera, providing excellent performance at any tilt angle from +90° to -60°.
- Quick Release Plate
- The sliding quick release plate with safety lock provides +/-2.5 inches of adjustment, for perfect horizontal counterbalance.
- Pan and Tilt Drag
- The Daiwa-11 offers a variable and repeatable viscosity fluid drag system, ensuring smooth pans and tilts without jerks and vibrations. Once set on the right setting, you can always go back with the line markings on the adjustment knobs.
- Built-in spirit level for easy horizontal leveling
