Product description The Dangerous Music MONITOR SR is a 1U rack mountable device designed by mastering engineers to expand the monitoring functionality of the Dangerous Music MONITOR ST. The unit enables 5.1 surround sound monitoring. Additional MONITOR SR units can be connected and configured for surround sound formats such as 7.1, 10.2, or greater. For I/O, the unit has 25-pin D-Sub connectors for Input 1, Input 2, Input 3, Input4, output Speaker 1, output Speaker 2, output Speaker 3/Sub, and meter feed. The SR unit connects to the MONITOR ST via two included ribbon cables. Both devices can be controlled using the MONITOR ST remote control over Cat-5 cable. The device is hand built in the USA with mastering grade components to exacting standards. - Analog Stepped-Attenuator Volume Control

- Fine-tune and store level offsets to achieve apparent equal loudness on all control room speakers with trims for left and right rear, center, and LFE
- Selectable Subwoofer Filtering
- Selects and stores different subwoofer filtering options for each set of speakers
- Comprehensive Speaker Mute, Dim, and Solo
- Mutes, dims and solos speakers in any combination
- Onboard Cue Amp
- Provides 20W of headphone monitoring
- Flexible Stereo Cue System
- Offers main and auxiliary inputs for cueing your mix
- Selectable Source Output
- Sends source signals to external devices such as a level meter
- Talkback System with Dual Control and Dedicated Slate Output
- Gives the producer his or her own talkback button and lets you send the slate output to a powered speaker for open-air talkback

- Built without transformers that would color or filter caps that would smear the stereo image of your sound
