Product description The DATACARD TruCredential Enterprise Edition Software allows you to streamline your enterprise enrollment, issuance, and data management. You can centrally manage your enterprise data and users with the security and audit trail. By leveraging pre-built integration with LDAP and HR system technologies, you can access records from TruCredential software to issue credentials. The software allows you to capture and manage data including photo and signature from many workstations with the security and audit trail. In addition, it supports up to 10 concurrent users.
The centralized data management allows you to capture data including photo and signature from distributed workstations, securely send data to a central server, and manage the data and configurations. You can install and configure client workstations quickly and restrict user access using the role-based access control mechanism.
With pre-built integration with HR systems and LDAP technology, you can access your HR system or LDAP records from TruCredential user interface and print cards. You can establish a secure connection between TruCredential and the enterprise technologies along with user activities audit trail. With pre-built integration and access control technologies, you can send data and commands to the access control system directly from TruCredential.
You can create and manage application users and groups to meet your organization’s needs. You can grant user access to the application using a role-based access control mechanism and allow application users to reset their password using the self-service. The software allows you to design reports using custom layout, header, footer, and data fields. You can also create and run reports and export report output into PDF format.
