Product description 7 All-In-One Portable Speaker Systems for Special Events and Parties Read More The black ES1203 Tri-Amplified 2400W Column PA System by dB Technologies is a stereo sound system composed of two passive wooden tops and one active wooden subwoofer equipped with two 12” woofers. The sub hosts a Digipro G4 2400W Peak amplifier and is DSP-controlled by the interface on the top of the sub. The DSP manages all functions of the 5-channel digital mixer as well as the system’s configuration. The OLED display allows you to enter the heart of the system, recall configuration presets, adjust levels, EQ, and create a pre/post gain mix for different purposes. The mixer’s first channel features a combo XLR-1/4” balanced/unbalanced connector for mics or instruments. The second and third channels are mic/line inputs with balanced/unbalanced combo XLR/1/4” connectors. This allows the system to manage up to 3 mic/lines at the same time. The built-in Bluetooth module receives stereo audio from portable devices and allows you to manage the signal in a separate stereo channel.
The balanced Aux/Mix output serves as a direct link or, alternatively, as an Aux output for a stage monitor or another speaker. When in Double-Column mode, this output acts as a source for another ES1203 system providing Left or Right signal.
The onboard DSP allows you to choose among three configuration modes (Mono, Stereo, or Double Column) and two different steering modes (Far and Near) for adapting the system to all kinds of environment.Each top satellite is equipped with 4x4” midwoofers that are aligned with an asymmetrical vertical coverage and widens the horizontal coverage. They work separately in a stereo configuration, placed on tripods, or installed with a WB-44 accessory (both sold separately) or connected in mono configuration. The enclosure of both tops embeds a metal lock system and an electrical connection that, when engaged, allows the signal to pass from one speaker to the other. The semi-horn loaded subwoofer houses two 12” woofers. The enclosure is made of plywood with a scratch-resistant black coat, which makes it road-ready. The ES1203 sound system comes with a sub cover, bag for the tops, telescopic M-20 to 1-3/8" pole, power cable, and two 23’ speakOn cables. - Balanced MIC/INSTRUMENT Input
- This is a combo XLR-1/4" (balanced or unbalanced) input that allows you to connect a microphone or instrument with a high-output impedance.
- Balanced MIC/LINE Input (CH1 / CH2)
- The dual combo XLR-1/4" (balanced or unbalanced) inputs allow you to connect two microphones or line-level sources. These two inputs can function as mono channels, or used together as the left and right-channel input for a stereo connection.
- OLED Screen
- Displays all the control settings and configurable system settings.
- Function Control (Push-Rotary Encoder)
- This push-rotary button selects or confirms a parameter or passes from one screen to another (shortcut) when browsing the system menu.
- Aux/Mix Output
- The output XLR connector allows you to send the system's mixed output signal to a second speaker. Alternatively, it allows you to send the appropriate channel (Mix: left or right) to a second ES1203 system (sold separately) to create a double-column configuration.
- Peak LED
- This light indicates when the amplifier protection circuit has intervened.
- Service USB Data Port
- The mini-USB type-B port is used exclusively for updating the firmware.
