Product description This Dedolight Gel Filter Set 2 for Felloni Series Light Fixtures includes a 1/8 Minus Green filter, a 1/4 Minus Green filter, a Powder Frost diffusion filter, a Cosmetic Peach color effects filter, a 1/8 Color Temperature Orange filter, a 1/4 Color Temperature Orange filter, a 1/8 Color Temperature Blue filter, and a 1/4 Color Temperature Blue filter. These filters are designed for use with Dedolight Felloni Series light fixtures, which have magnetized front frames. Along with their magnetized filter holder strips, Dedolight Felloni Series light fixtures can accommodate each of the included filters within this set by placing a selected filter in between the light fixture's front frame and its filter holder strips.
The included 1/8 Minus Green filter and 1/4 Minus Green filter are both color correction filters designed for removing the green spike found in fluorescent bulbs. They reduce the output of a light source by 0.2 and 0.3 stops respectively.
The included Powder Frost filter is a diffuser that softens and broadens the beam of a light source that it is attached to. It is also effective for softening harsh light edges or enclosed-arc point light sources.
The included Cosmetic Peach color effects filter can be used to create a warming effect within a scene or image that is complementary to many skin tones. It can also decrease contrast between highlight areas and reduces the output of a light source by approximately 1.3 stops.
Either of the included 1/8 Color Temperature Orange filter or 1/4 Color Temperature Orange filter can be used to conveniently lower the color temperature output of a light fixture installed with a daylight color temperature bulb to a tungsten color temperature instead. Depending on the color temperature of the daylight bulb being used, either filter can be selected to obtain the desired tungsten color temperature output. These filters have a 1/4 or 1/8 grade. Each grade corresponds to that of a +42 or +20 mired shift, and reduces the output of a light source by 0.3 or 0.1 stops respectively.
Either of the included 1/8 Color Temperature Blue filter or 1/4 Color Temperature Blue filter can be used to conveniently raise the color temperature output of a light fixture installed with a tungsten color temperature bulb to a daylight color temperature instead. Depending on the color temperature of the tungsten bulb being used, either filter can be selected to obtain the desired daylight color temperature output. These filters have a 1/4 or 1/8 grade. Each grade corresponds to that of a -30 or -12 mired shift, and reduces the output of a light source by 0.4 or 0.3 stops respectively. - Compatibility and Construction
