Product description Enhance the dialogue of your favorite movies and TV shows with the Definitive Technology CS9080 Two-Way Center Channel Speaker. It features a 1" aluminum dome tweeter, two 5.25" midrange drivers, and an 8" powered woofer. It accepts 50 to 300W of power from your amplifier. It also features a 10" passive bass radiator for enhanced low-frequency effects. As a center channel, when integrated with the rest of your home theater system, it will produce primarily on-screen dialogue rather than the sound effects coming from the rest of your speakers. - Aluminum Dome Tweeter
- The tweeter is designed to play higher in frequency than what is heard by the human ear, helping to create an authentic reproduction of sound as the artist intends in the studio or concert hall.
- Integrated 8" Powered Woofer and 10" Bass Radiator
- The integrated powered woofer, matched with its respective bass radiator, is designed to offer deeper, more impactful bass from the tower speaker without the need to add a separate subwoofer.
- BDSS – Balanced Double Surround System
- BDSS is designed to increase driver excursion, resulting in a bass output usually associated with a larger driver while retaining the enhanced dispersion and midrange definition of a smaller driver.
