Product description The S-Mic 2 Shotgun Microphone and Location Kit from Deity Microphones includes the S-Mic 2 supercardioid shotgun microphone with foam windscreen, a mic stand clip with a threaded 3/8" mount, a Rycote pistol grip shockmount, a waterproof hard case with custom-cut foam inserts, and a faux fur windjammer. This kit can be used to capture audio in outdoor/indoor environments and is suitable for video or interview applications. The S-Mic 2 supercardioid shotgun microphone features a low-noise floor and an all-brass body with a gold-coated PCB (printed circuit board). The PCB is sprayed and coated with a clear epoxy to perform without issues even in the most humid environments. This coating gives the microphone a water resistance level that allows it to work in the rain without being damaged. The microphone is powered with 24 or 48V phantom power and is equipped with a 3-pin XLR output connector. - Ultralow off-axis coloration
