Product description Designed for grid mounting, the DeSisti Leonardo Piccolo 2K 6" Studio Fresnel is a 6" tungsten-halogen fixture that weighs in at 16 lb versus the standard Leonardo's 26 lb. With a beam spread from 10-49°, this is an ideal luminaire for a key light or backlight, as well as for sun or sharp shadow effects. Flooded out, it's good choice for punching light through a silk. Focusing, which is impressively silky thanks to Teflon bushings, can be done from both front and rear. The Piccolo 2K uses 2000W, 1500W, or 1000W G38-based lamps rated at 115-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz. - Physical

- Optics and Focusing
- The focusing system uses Teflon bushings, which glide over chrome plated brass rods, eliminating the binding and slippage associated with metal bushings. This helps the rails stay clean, and avoids pitting. The Leonardo Piccolo has a 6" (152 mm) Fresnel lens with a bi-metallic clad aluminum reflector. You can focus from the front or rear.
